As people are the cornerstone of every successful venture, we at SPC treasure our workers. All our factory workers are provided with continuous skills training, especially in speaking the English language, mathematics and computer literacy. This programme was initiated in 2003. It comprises of a personalised training schedule for each individual. Certificates are awarded after completing each level and are issued and validated by an independent educational institution.

Through our employee wellness program and voluntary counselling and testing, SPC works closely with organisations specialising in HIV/Aids in order to provide support and encouragement for infected employees.

Environment

SPC is committed to effective waste management practices and the prevention of pollution. The company encourages efficient use of resources to reduce the impact on the environment. Therefore SPC complies with ISO 14001:2004 in order to make our environment a better place for all our people.
